MENTORSHIP
The Young Leadership Program is a 10-12 week mentorship program dedicated to undergraduate students between the ages of 18 and 25.

This organization was initiated by the honorable Md Jalal Uddin (Sami), current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on 30 May 2021 for the betterment of the young generation of Bangladesh. Bangladesh Youth Skills Development Organisation (BYSDO) has emerged with a noble mission – to mold a skilled nation by nurturing the soft skills of our youth. In today’s global landscape, a nation’s worth is measured by its people’s skills and competencies. Our vision is to foster a generation of young individuals equipped with the knowledge and skills to lead our country toward prosperity.
