Eligibility Criteria

Open to undergraduate and graduate students from any academic discipline in Bangladesh.
A proactive mindset, creativity, and eagerness to learn new skills.
Prior volunteer experience, event management, or related activities (preferred but optional).
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to commit at least 15-20 hours weekly to program tasks and activities.
Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
Proficiency in Bengali and English, both written and spoken.
