On the radiant day of May 30, 2025, the Bangladesh Youth Skills Development Organisation (BYSDO) marked its 4th anniversary with vibrant celebrations and a renewed dedication to youth empowerment and social transformation. The event took place at Gallery-1 of the Science Faculty Auditorium, University of Chittagong, gathering a dynamic community that included our visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Md Jalal Uddin, valued Associate and Junior Associate Members, and our esteemed Advisor Teacher Panel–all aligned with BYSDO’s mission to foster positive change through youth-driven initiatives.
Meticulously planned by our skilled Event Management Team, the celebration ran flawlessly thanks to their outstanding coordination and logistical arrangements. The event was gracefully hosted by Associate Members Mita Tripura and Promi Debnath, who added warmth and enthusiasm throughout the program.
The ceremony began with a compelling speech from our Founder and CEO, Md Jalal Uddin, who reflected on BYSDO’s remarkable four-year journey. He spoke about the perseverance, passion, and vision that have propelled the organisation from its grassroots beginnings into a nationally recognised platform for youth leadership and development.
We were honoured by the participation of distinguished guests, including Professor Dr. Syeda Khurshida Begum, sponsor of the Taqdimat Presentation Contest (Season 2), and Associate Professor Dr. Md. Kamrul Hossain. Both offered valuable insights into the significance of youth in nation-building and fostering an inclusive society. Dr. Kamrul Hossain’s words particularly resonated with the audience, as he encouraged young individuals to embrace entrepreneurship, innovation, and a sense of responsibility toward society. His powerful message sparked inspiration among many future changemakers in attendance.
Our Advisors and Executive Members also took the stage to celebrate past milestones and reveal exciting upcoming initiatives. These include new training programs, broader youth engagement strategies, and expanded leadership opportunities within communities.
The speeches concluded with a joyful cake-cutting ceremony — an emotional and celebratory moment that brought everyone together. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, heartfelt conversations, and genuine camaraderie, underscoring the deep bond that unites the BYSDO family. This event was more than a commemoration– it was a sincere tribute to everyone who has contributed to BYSDO’s journey: our Youth Engagement Partners, Club Partners, Sponsors, Facilitators, Activists, Interns, Executive Members, Associate Members, Junior Associates, Allied Members, and Campus Coordinators.
