We handle recruitment, onboarding, team engagement, performance tracking, and capacity development to ensure a thriving, motivated, and aligned workforce.
Department Objectives
- Recruit passionate and skilled individuals to join BYSDO.

Department Structure
- Head of HR Management Department – Leads the department, oversees all HR functions.
- Associates & Junior Associates – Cooperate the Head to assign tasks, and coordinate with teams.
- Recruitment & Onboarding Team – Handles the entire recruitment process and ensures smooth onboarding for new members and interns.
- Performance & Evaluation Team – Tracks intern/staff progress, collects feedback, and assists in performance reviews.
- Capacity Building & Training Team – Plans and executes skill development sessions, internal training, and leadership workshops.
- HR Documentation Team – Maintains and updates HR records, organizational charts, attendance, and policy documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment of skilled, passionate, and purpose-driven individuals aligned with BYSDO’s mission.
- Management of onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new members.
- Planning and execution of training sessions to enhance organizational capacity.
- Monitoring of attendance, task contribution, and engagement across departments.
- Evaluation of interns and team members through structured performance reviews.
- Organization of welfare initiatives and internal engagement activities.
- Submission of monthly reports on overall activities, and plannings
- Documentation of HR activities including attendance, role descriptions, and performance records.
- Recognition and reward of outstanding contributions to encourage continuous growth.
