The Young Leadership Program is a 12 week mentorship program by the Bangladesh Youth Skills Development Organization (BYSDO), designed to empower aspiring leaders between the ages of 18 and 25. This program focuses on building essential leadership, communication, and project management skills through interactive training, hands-on practice, and personalized mentorship. Participants will work on real-world assignments, quizzes, and projects, ultimately earning certifications that showcase their progress and accomplishments. Through this journey, they will cultivate a leadership mindset and gain the confidence to navigate their professional paths successfully.
KEY POINTS
- The program is divided into four modules.
- Participants will need to submit quizzes after each webinar. However, quiz results will not affect progress.
- After completing each module, participants will receive one badge.
- You must submit one assessment after each module to receive the badge.
- Failure to submit the assessment will result in not receiving the badge and losing the chance to continue in the program.
- Upon completing all modules, participants must submit a final project.
- Successful project submission is required to receive the completion certificate.
